I designed my logo, business card, and letterhead as a branding project for my MEJO 182 Foundations of Graphic Design class.
As I experimented with my initials, I found that one way resembled a pinwheel.
I love what a pinwheel represents: memories from a childhood, bright colors, blowing in the wind. To build on the concept of bright and warm, I chose to make the pinwheel yellow to resemble the sun.
To complete the mosaic concept, I continued to create shapes around it. The first half is blue for the sky, and the green for the earth.
